How do I write a poem about getting a haircut?

I am going to write a poem to my hairdresser about getting a haircut. Do you have any ideas on how to start that off? Thank you.How do I write a poem about getting a haircut?
My English teacher always told me to write down a bit of everything I see. For example, if you're writing a poem about a sandwich, you write:

Bread

Spreading on the mayo

Washing the lettuce

Putting it together

Take a bite

Sandwich

I think you could apply that to getting a haircut. Or, if you want it to rhyme, try writing down various words related to a haircut, like hair and barber and comb and cut and then write words that rhyme with those. Then you put them all together, in phrases.

Anyway, good luck with your poem. :)How do I write a poem about getting a haircut?
into the chair, a bushy mess,

uncut hair, I need a rest,

feel you touch, your delicate hand,

shears that cut, and sculpt, with care.

Just a start, use if you want.

Good luck.
Say what you feel, that's whats poetry is about.
