How much money does it cost to get a professional haircut for puppy?

I have a Maltese around 3 months, and his hair is getting pretty long. I have to brush it everyday, but after a few hours the hair looks exactly the same again. His hair is almost covering his eyes, and it looks like it is really uncomfortable for him. I've tried cutting it for him, but it ended up looking really nasty and choppy. Does anyone have any experience or any stories about their Maltese. Is it a good decision, and how much would it cost? How much money does it cost to get a professional haircut for puppy?
it is a good decision, and you will need to have the hair cut many times in his lifetime!

The standard price for a bath+clip for my toy poodle was about $40. But you can call around to many different groomers and get price quotes from everyone before you decide. How much money does it cost to get a professional haircut for puppy?
Generally, people who don't show their maltese's or long haired toy breeds, will give them puppy cuts. That keeps the hair manageable. A cut can really vary by a huge amount. You can probably get a good cut from petco or petsmart or you can go to a professional groomer. Ask your friends with dogs to recommend a groomer and go talk to them. See the facilities, how they interact with your dog and ask them about their experience. Cutting dog hair isn't terribly complicated.
it will cost anywhere from $30-70 to get your dog washed and clipped, depending on where you live. it's totally worth it though, as they clip their nails, brush their teeth and drain their anal sacs, too. I have shih tzus and they clean their ears when they get groomed, too. your dog will probably be happier and so will you. plan to get him groomed every 6-8 weeks or so. good luck!
I'd be sure to get him groomed- hair in the eyes all the time can cause eye damage- as the hair rubs up against the eye

call local groomers- see if the do ';puppy'; cuts, and ask if they have any references that you can call
It cost based on where you live. It's like pork, it cost less in NC than in CA.
i dont know where you live but i pay 65.00 for my dog.
