Layers, nothing shorter than your shoulders. Are you a bigger girl? Short hair on bigger girls doesn't flatter them like long hair. You should probably invest in some products that will help your hair look like it has more volume when styled.
Get it layered underneath and leave it un-layered on the top of your hair. This will give it extra thickness. Looks lovely.
