long neck?... you are blessed, any style will look great... i like a graduated bob like the old Sassoon bob to accentuate the neck (short in the back and long in the front)
Ask the guys. I personally dont like short hair. I like the hair better than the neck so I say just keep the long hair. If you wanna show your neck tie it up or something
