I have short hair, and Im getting a pixie cut, then dying my hair from medium brown to medium blonde. How much should I expect to pay? I don't want to pay a ton of money, and realize I could have gotten something cheaper. So what is an average cost of a cut and color?What should I expect to pay for a haircut and color?
